IDCadPro ("we", "our", "us") provides software that connects dental prosthesis labs and dental clinics/dentists — case tracking, files, messaging, and related workflows. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it's handled, including when you communicate with us or your organization through WhatsApp.

1. Who this applies to

This policy covers anyone who uses IDCadPro: lab staff, clinic staff, dentists, and any contact who exchanges messages with an IDCadPro account over WhatsApp (for example, a patient or supplier contacted by a lab or clinic through our WhatsApp integration).

2. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, phone number, and organization details you provide when signing up.
• Case and business data: case records, files, materials, purchases, suppliers, and other records you create while using the platform.
• WhatsApp messages: when your organization connects a WhatsApp Business number to IDCadPro, we receive message content, sender/recipient phone numbers, timestamps, and delivery/read status via the WhatsApp Business API (Meta), so those messages can appear inside IDCadPro alongside the relevant case or contact.
• Usage data: basic technical data (device, browser, IP address) used for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use this information

• To operate the platform: syncing case status, files, and messages between labs and clinics.
• To deliver and receive WhatsApp messages on behalf of the organization that connected the number.
• To secure accounts and prevent abuse.
• To communicate with you about your account or support requests.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use WhatsApp message content for advertising.

4. How we share information

Data is shared only as needed to operate the service: with Meta/WhatsApp (to send and receive messages), our cloud infrastructure providers (hosting, storage), and within your own organization's IDCadPro account (e.g. a message a clinic sends is visible to the lab handling that case, and vice versa). We do not share data with unrelated third parties.

5. Data retention

We retain account and case data for as long as your organization's account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (below).

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us using the details below to make a request.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect data. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep information reasonably protected against unauthorized access.
